Hi, I’m Stacey, the gal behind Dynamically Essential! I’m a thirty something year old living with my husband of 10 years and our 5 year old son in colorful Colorado. I started moving just one step at a time to living a more dynamic life to becoming essential me!
Years ago I’m was stuck in my own little hamster wheel of everyday dread thinking this is how life was going to be forever. Little did I know that having a child, letting God guide every aspect of my life, beginning to seek better health and wellness (read my health journey here) was just the first step to a beautiful journey that I’m still walking through. I believe everyone should start living more authentically and deserves better wellness!
I’m a stay at home mom and love the freedom it brings for my family! I love to create and DIY crafts, home renovations, beauty products, etc. I’m a craft beer seeker and being a Denver native it comes naturally.
I love thrifting and then sharing these treasures with you on Poshmark! I lost 50 lbs, have kept it off for over 3 years, and am WW success story! (Read the WW online article!) The thing I’m most passionate about… living a more toxin-free life of wellness using Young Living’s essential oils/products and sharing what I’ve learned with you! (Learn more about essential oils)
